Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, UnionPay and Visa at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders that haven't been packed yet. Once an order has been packed or collected, it can't be cancelled.

Is there a purchase limit on popular products?

For high-demand releases we may set a limit per customer, so more players and collectors get a fair chance. Any limit is shown on the product page.

Delivery & pickup

Do you deliver island-wide?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in Singapore. Delivery takes 1–5 working days (Standard: 3-5 days. Express: 1-2 days) and costs (Standard: S$8. Express: S$18). You'll see the exact fee at checkout.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect from us at 238 Balestier Road, #02-03 Urban Heritage, Singapore 329701. We'll email/message you when your order is ready. Pickup hours follow our opening hours.

How are cards packed?

Sealed products are securely wrapped so they arrive in collector condition.

Preorders

How do preorders work?

You pay in full when you place a preorder, and we reserve your stock straight away. Preorder items are marked with an orange Preorder badge and show the expected release date on the product page.

When will my preorder arrive?

Pickup starts on the ready-for-collection date shown on the product page. Delivery orders arrive 2–4 days after that date. If the date changes, we'll let you know.

Can I combine a preorder with in-stock items?

Yes, but if you chose shipping the whole order ships when the preorder arrives. We recommend placing preorders separately so in-stock items reach you sooner.

Products

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every sealed product we sell is genuine and arrives factory sealed. We are an official WPN store for Magic: The Gathering and an official UVS Games store for Riftbound.

What do [EN], [JP] and [CN] mean?

They show the language of the cards. EN is English, JP is Japanese, and CN is Simplified or Traditional Chinese (check the product page). English and Japanese cards are legal in their own tournament regions, so check which one you need if you play competitively.

Do you sell singles and graded slabs?

Yes, in store at our Balestier shop. Our online store focuses on sealed products. Visit us to browse singles and slabs, or message us on Telegram to ask about a specific card.

Will you restock sold-out items?

We restock popular products whenever we can get more. Join our Telegram to hear about restocks first.

Returns

Can I return an unopened pack or box?

No. Because of the nature of trading card game products, all orders are final, and we can't offer refunds, returns or exchanges, regardless if the item is unopened. Please check your order carefully before checking out.

Events & community

Do you run events?

Yes! We host weekly casual nights, including Riftbound Nexus Nights, plus leagues and launch events. See our Events page for the latest schedule.

I'm new to TCGs. Where do I start?

Welcome! Drop by our casual nights, where players are happy to teach you. Starter decks and beginner products are a great first buy, and we're happy to recommend one for the game you're interested in.
